How we use AI

Klipy UK Limited uses AI for market research, sales, marketing and other day-to-day work. AI helps us, and people are in charge. Klipy's director is responsible for every decision, including those AI helps with.

Where we use AI

Market research, sales and marketing: AI helps us research, draft and plan. Our team reviews this work before it is sent to you or published.
Operations: AI helps with tasks such as drafting, checking and analysis.
Yano, our assistant on WhatsApp: Yano is AI, powered by Anthropic's Claude, and answers your messages on its own. It tells you it is AI at the start, you can ask for a member of our team at any time, and our team reviews its work and uses real conversations to improve it.

How we label it

Anything we publish that was made with AI says so. On social media, each post ends with a line saying "Made with AI" that links to this page.

What we never do

We do not present AI-generated people as real customers. We do not use AI to invent reviews, testimonials or endorsements. Our animated characters, such as Pro and Lite, are not real people.

Your messages

We do not use your messages to train AI models, and nothing is sent to Anthropic to train its models.
