Privacy Notice

Klipy UK Limited (registered in England and Wales, No. 15984744) operates Rizq, an internal business intelligence tool used exclusively by Mohammad Jamal Abid, Director of Klipy UK Limited.

Rizq collects and stores business information sourced from public registers including Companies House, including: company names, registered addresses, SIC codes, director names, and publicly listed contact details. This data is used solely for the purpose of identifying potential Teya payment solution clients.

We process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR), specifically identifying businesses that may benefit from Teya card payment services. We only store publicly available information from Companies House.

Lead data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the date of discovery, or until the business is successfully onboarded or marked as lost. Merchant data is retained for 7 years for financial compliance purposes (HMRC requirement).

Under UK GDPR, individuals have the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data. To exercise these rights, contact admin@klipy.uk. We will respond within 30 days.

All data is stored in Supabase (AWS eu-west-2, London region). Access is protected by multi-factor authentication. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. No third parties have access to your data except Anthropic (AI processing) and Airtable (CRM sync), both under data processing agreements.

Rizq uses a single session cookie (next-auth.session-token) for authentication. No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are used.
